Hotel HegiQ Loyalty Program

Of course. Our loyalty programme is open to anyone who would like to stay with us at a discounted rate and enjoy the benefits of the programme in the future. All you need to do is register. Once registered, all registered members will be upgraded to the basic level and will receive the 5% discount for that level. No other conditions (number of nights spent, amount spent...etc.) are required.

All our members are granted a discount on bookings made directly through the hotel website, according to the level of regularity, which is immediately deducted from the booking process. In addition to registration, you can also use the points earned for providing certain information (personal, billing...) and credited for bookings at the Silver level for your reservations, i.e. convert them into a discount.

Registration is also required in this case, so please register in this case as well, as you will be entitled to the registration bonus points that our members are entitled to.

Our hotel's loyalty programme is designed to reward the loyalty of our guests who choose us more than once and stay with us several times a year. Our programme is divided into 4 levels:

Basic level - Silver level - Gold level - VIP level

Each level offers you unique benefits and discounts that increase from level to level. The Basic registration level does not require any conditions to be fulfilled, but the other levels are subject to a number of reservations, nights and spending.

Regular guests can start earning points from the first booking after registration. We are unable to credit points for bookings made before registration.

Our registered regular guests are credited with points per stay (up to a maximum of 3 rooms). You can earn points if you have made a reservation through the hotel's own booking platform or directly at the hotel. Points are awarded for services ordered in advance, so the confirmed total is the basis for the credit, which will be activated after your departure.

Joining the loyalty programme is free of any obligation and requires only one registration (name, e-mail address and confirmation of registration). You can read about the benefits of the programme levels on this page under the description of the levels.
IMPORTANT: The benefits of the levels will be validated by our reservation system if the registration status is confirmed and the member is logged in to their member profile when making the reservation and requesting the offer.

Points earned for registration, sharing data, inviting friends and credited when making reservations are valid for 1 year from the date of earning. Before expiry, the program will send you an email notification that you have points that will expire soon, so there is not much time left to use them.

When booking a room, please log in to our website with your username and password. If you start the calculation in this way, the system will automatically offer you the possibility to deduct the possible number of points from the total amount.

The points earned during the booking will first appear as conditional points in the user account and will become usable points after the booking has been made. If points are redeemed during a booking, so that the booking has been made at a discount, but the booking is cancelled for any reason, the hotel will return the points used during the booking to the frequent guest and will delete the conditional points.

Discounts and redeemability of points earned are capped for each level, and discounts and points can only be withdrawn and redeemed by one user per booking, so it is advisable to register for one person per family. It is recommended that the family member who usually coordinates the booking and "manages" the account should register.
