Basic information
How could I ask for offers?
You can contact reservations through https://hotelhegiq.hu/en/online-inquiry or you can send your inquiry to reserve@hotelhegiq.hu indicating your planned arrival and the number of people who would like to come.
How could I know my reservation was successful?
When you accept your offer or finish your online reservation, our system automatically sends a confirmation letter with all the required information, deposit, reservation number, etc. Please bring your confirmation letter to check in if you reserve through an online intermediary or at a travel agency. Become one of our loyalty members so you can get the best offers available when reserved directly at us.
Can I bring my dog?
Unfortunately, our hotel can not accommodate pets.
Could I smoke in the room or on the terrace?
According to Hungarian regulations, it is forbidden to smoke in closed areas. We also ask you not to smoke on the balcony of the room. There are designated spots for smoking 5 meters from the entrance of the hotel, as well as on the terrace of the restaurant.
Which services are available free of charge?
You can use the spa department of the hotel from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. You will have a daily ticket to the Sá-Ra thermal bath so you can use the pools according to their opening hours. You will also have early access to the medical pool from 7 a.m. to 8.30 a.m.
Which services are available for payment?
Our spa department can be used after 7 p.m. with reservations in advance. There are available massage appointments and additional services that you can reserve on our website.
How can I pay at the hotel?
Cash (HUF, EUR) and debit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro) payments are available at the reception and while check-out. Consumption at the restaurant and in the lobby bar will be charged to the room number, which you can balance at check-out.

How many floors does the hotel have?
The hotel has two floors. You can find double rooms both on the first and the second floor.
What kind of rooms are available?
- PURE Double room with balcony (accessible room on the ground floor, connectable rooms on the first and second floors)
- PURE Double room without balcony
- DELUX Double room (bedroom and living room) on the second floor
Is there any possibility for early check-in or late check-out?
According to the number of reservations, if indicated in advance, there is a chance for both. The price for early check-in is 5.000 HUF / room, for late check-out from 12:00 o'clock 9.000 HUF / room. Please inform yourself at the reception.
Does the room have bathrobes in it?
As part of the amenities, the room has bathrobes for adults and a beach towel per person.
What kind of beds do the rooms have?
Every room has two connected beds (90x200 cm) that act like double beds.
Hospitality
What kind of board is available?
All packages include breakfast from a buffet and a four-course dinner menu.
Can I have other meals on sight?
Yes, our restaurant offers a la carte meals so you can also have lunch.
What time can I have breakfast or dinner?
Breakfast is available from 7 a.m. to 10.30 a.m., but you can have a late breakfast up until 11 a.m.
Dinnertime is between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m.
Does the hotel offer any other catering unit?
Yes, the hotel has a lobby bar, available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Spa information
What are the opening hours of the spa department?
The spa department is available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. After the official closing time, all jacuzzis and saunas are up to private reservations for an additional fee. Please get the information at the front desk.
What services are available in the spa?
There are two 6-person jacuzzis, a 10-person Finnish sauna, a 2-person infra sauna, ice, and showers.
After check-out, can I use the spa department or enter Sá-Ra thermal bath?
Yes, both services are available after check-out, and you can place your baggage in our luggage room.
