Accessibility
All public spaces in our hotel are accessible, and we offer an accessible room on the ground floor.
Adapter
You can request an international adapter set at reception.
Additional bathroom amenities
At the front desk, you can request toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, razors, etc...
Air conditioning
Every room has an individually controlled air conditioning system. You can control the temperature and power according to your needs. If you want to turn off the air conditioning in the room, please set it to a higher temperature/ it is also possible to turn it off. If you turn the AC on, please close all doors and windows. In case of questions with the control panel, please ask the reception crew.
Baggage shelter
There is a baggage room behind the reception. Please ask for assistance at the reception.
Bar
The lobby bar on the ground floor is open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Bathrobe
The room will contain bathrobes for each guest. We offer different sizes. Please let us know if you would like to change the size of your bathrobe. If you stay for a more extended period, we exchange your bathrobe every week. We also offer a frequent change for a fee.
Bicycle rent
Renting bicycle is available for an extra fee. Please ask our reception.
Breakfast
Breakfast is included in every package of the hotel. It is available from 7:00 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. You can request your breakfast for room delivery for an additional service fee. Please indicate your need until 8 p.m. on the previous evening.
Breakfast to go
Suppose you leave the hotel early on the day of check-out. You can request a breakfast pack to go. You can order it at the reception, up until 8 p.m. on the previous night.
Change of bedsheets
We change bed sheets every three days. You can request to change it more frequently at the reception.
Charger
Please ask about any available chargers at the reception.
Check-out
On the day of check-out, we ask you to leave your room until 10 a.m. If you would like a late check-out, please warn us in advance so that we can check availability. We provide late check-out according to the reservations for an extra fee.
Electrical car charger
We provide a charger for electric cars for a fee. For further information, ask the front desk agents.
Emergency exits
Please use the emergency route indicated on the map on your door.
First aid
Our receptionist will immediately help with any injuries and provide a first aid kit.
Hairdryer
Every room comes with a hairdryer, and you can also find multiple dryers in the spa department.
Informational brochures
Program recommendation flyers and information about current local activities are available at the reception, as well as on the screen in the lobby and on the in-room TVs on the info channel.
Internet access
WiFi is available in every part of the hotel. You can reach it without password, by joining HegiQGuest.
Intolerances, allergies
We ask our guests to tell us their intolerances and allergies before arrival so that we can prepare special meals for them. Please ask our team to provide you with information about the allergens in the restaurant. Our colleagues are able to assist you at any time.
Jacuzzi
You can use the spa department of the hotel from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Please use the shower before entering them. The jacuzzi is up to reservation from 7 p.m. for private bathing. Please ask the reception about availability.
Keycard
The keycard opens the door of your rooms, the parking lot, and all the entrances on the ground floor. For losing/damaging the card, we charge 2.000 HUF on your room.
Lost and found
If you have lost anything (except foodstuff) in your room, we save it up until three months. Please ask the front desk for assistance.

Luggage transport
If you need help with the transportation of your packages, please indicate your need at the reception. You can request a trolley there as well.

Minibar
Every room has a bottle of still and sparkling water and a bottle of HegiQ house wine. It is in every package, so do not worry, enjoy! If you need a refill, it is available for an extra charge. Please ask for it at the reception.
Parking
Any of our guests can use our parking lot freely. The keycard opens the gate from the outside. The gate opens automatically from the inside.

Both of them are available in the room. You can buy some additional equipment at the reception.

You can access different radio stations using your TV.
Reception
The reception is available to guests daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., our on-duty colleague can be reached via the telephone located on the reception desk. No dialing is required – simply lift the handset and our colleague will answer automatically.
Billing and payments can be arranged between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Restaurant
Our restaurant is open from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Room cleaning
We offer daily cleaning from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. If you prefer not to be disturbed, use the designated DND sign.
Room service
We provide room service from 7.00 a.m. to 21.00 p.m for an additional fee. Until 10.30 a.m., you can access our breakfast offers. After that, our a la carte menu is available, which you can access with the QR code in your room.
Sauna
The spa department is available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. After the official closing time, all jacuzzis and saunas are up to private reservations for an additional fee. Please get the information at the front desk.
Sauna towel
Wellness towels and sauna sheets are available at the reception upon presenting your towel card. One complimentary exchange per day is included; any additional exchanges are subject to an extra charge.
Sewing kit
Sewing kit is available at the reception.
Shoe cleaning
There is a shoe cleaning machine on the ground floor in the lobby, and shoe cleaning wipes are available at the reception.
Slippers
Available upon request for an additional fee.
Smoking
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Therefore, we ask you not to smoke in any of the closed spaces or on the room's balcony. Smoking can initiate a fire protocol. If you disobey our policies regarding smoking, a fee of 100 EUR will be applied. You are allowed to smoke at the designated smoking spots in front of the hotel, 5 meters from the entrance.
Spa department
The spa department is available from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. After the official closing time, all jacuzzis and saunas are up to private reservations for an additional fee. Please get the information at the front desk.
Sunbathing balcony
You can access it through our spa department.
Taxi and transfer
The reception can arrange a transfer for you upon request for a fee.

Hungarian and international (Austrian, German) programs are available in our hotel.
Ticket to the thermal bath
Every room comes with a daily entrance to the Sá-Ra thermal bath. Please have your keycard with you every time because the gates can only be opened using them.
Towels
Each guest is provided with one small towel and one bath towel in the room. These will be replaced during daily cleaning if you indicate your request by placing the used towels on the floor. If you wish to have your bathrobe replaced as well, please inform the reception staff.
Umbrella
You can borrow an umbrella at reception any time, and we ask you to return it.
Vaults
Every room has a vault in it. The hotel takes responsibility only for valuables placed in the vault.
Wake-up call
Wake-up calls are available upon request.
Washing and ironing
The prices for such services and a clothes bag are available in your room. The services are available from Monday to Friday.
Gastronomy
Our neighborhood has fascinating opportunities to taste wine or discover other culinary pleasures for those who would like to wander around. Our guests will have breakfast from the buffet and a four-course dinner menu. In the afternoons, you can also enjoy the pastries at Café Lazuli, for which we offer a one-time discount.
